Isn’t it too soon to be having this pain? it’s not a constant pain, it comes and goes. I feel it mostly when I’m walking. At nights I sleep with a pillow between my legs because it bothers me when i lay down too. I also sleep on my left side(naturally). The pain is mostly on my right side. Did anyone go through this? Do you have any idea how to cope? Is it going to last thru my entire pregnancy? It’s not Sciatica is it?
Hi Guys, Thanks for all your answers. i just spoke to a nurse and she says it sounds like “Round Ligament Pains” and not the Sciatica. It’s normal, and that’s all that matters. Thanks everyone!

severe back/neck pain?

ive had this bad back pain for about a year and a half to two years now. its mostly in my shoulder blades, and no matter what i do i cant get comfortable. its this stabbing, aching pain, that doesnt go away. its been getting worse these past couple months, and now its in my neck too. no matter how i move my head, it hurts. the base of my head hurts too. im also sick, and its hard to breathe alot of the time. can anyone help me?

What can be causing lower back stiffness and pain for over a year?

at the begining I used to get the stiffness only at the end of the day, now I get it any time when getting up after sitting down, and at the end of the day it is actually worst, my lower back actually hurts while I’m sitting down. Please help?

Back pain?

I’m 15, and I have had 5 spinal taps.
2 from having pneumonia
1 from having meningitis
2 from having pseudotumor cerebri
I’m about 5′6 1/2 and weigh about 140-160 ( I don’t really know)

I have back pains when I’ve been sitting for too long, or laying ect ect. Also when I bend over and get back up Not really from physical activity…
Would having that many spinal taps have anything to do with that?

It hurt so bad when I lay down or flip on the bed. I can also feel to pain in the back and chest when I breath. The pain is still there at the back and chest when I do nothing. My goodness it hurt so bad. Please help school will start pretty soon and I am scare. Any sugguestion are welcome.

I’m having severe pain on my right side, near my lower back. The pain is very intense, like a throbbing pain.

The pain is preventing me from sleeping at night, and no matter which way I lay down, or sit throughout the day, the pain is always there. Right now its been going on for 3 days, it started with a slight dull pain, but now its very intense constant throbbing pain. Other than the pains, I don’t have any other symptoms

Had a pain in my lower left hand side of my back (kind of kidney area) the night before last. UTI/pregnancy?

I’m 18 weeks pregnant today with twins and the night before last I had this weird pain/discomfort in my kidney area which lasted about 15 mins (or at least seemed like it lasted that long as it was really uncomfortable!)

I’ve had UTI’s before and it doesn’t seem like a UTI at all this time. I am ********* more frequently, but then I am also a pregnant woman in her second trimester.

I don’t get any pain when I urinate and the last urine sample I gave was clear of any infection (this was done 3 weeks today).

Is it possible that I could have picked one up and it spread to my kidneys already without anything in between and nothing since that night (Mon)?

I have an anomaly scan on Mon and was goign to wait until then to ask my midwife about it in case it was just pregnancy pains or one of the babies leaning against my kidney.

I wasn’t too bothered about it being serious at the time but now that I have had time to think about it, I’m worried it may be something to do with the babies.

Anybody else experienced this? Could it just be back pain from my belly growing as it’s only just started to pop out over the last couple of days.
