I cant walk properly I walk on my toes and cant put my heel on the ground, How can I get this fixed?

When I was 9 I had a stroke and now have very few residual problems. One of those problems is walking, I can walk but with a odd limp, I walk on my toes I dont walk heel toe. It is causing extreme pain in my foot and need this fixed. Ive tried physical therapy, and a physiatrist and also orthodics hasnt worked, does anyone have any other suggestions. Ive heard tearing the achiellis tendon and streching it out? is that an idea also? Please help with other ideas.

the sharp pains that sometimes go all the way to the back or even sometimes to the head causing one to experience a need to vomit..

Does the groove go away when a fractured rib is healing? the pain went away(5weeks) but bump still there?

i fell toeside while snowboarding and my elbow got sandwiched between the ground and my rib. wind got knocked out… the first three weeks it was very hurt, i couldnt lift weights. I’m in my 5th week and it feels fine but there is still a bony bump where i got hit.

I have a pain in my left side under my rib cage and I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it comes and goes. Is there any explanation for this? I can’t think of anything that I might have done to cause it.

I had a previous miscarriage at 7 weeks,am 4 weeks pregnant with lower back pain and cramping. Is this normal?

cramping is less, going to Dr. tomorrow, but isn’t it a bit early to see if all’s in order and isn’t a miscarriage inevitable? Been trying for 2 years since one stillbirth and one miscarriage.

27 weeks pregnant with lower back pain and cramp in my lower abdomen, feeling alot of pressure?

I am 27 weeks pregnant with my second baby, I had my first at 36+6, was really sudden waters broke and that was me in labour. I am worried about the pains I am feeling as they all started yeasterday. Last saturday I had a very thick white discharge in my underwear (nothing since) followed by clear, watery stuff when i went to the loo ( had this again today) I can still feel baby’s movements but very low down. my back is very painful and uncomfortable cramps in my abdomen not as bad. can anybody shed any light on this for me?
