I’m not sure if this is “normal” to experience when taking this medication?

Well, I’m 15 yrs old, and I think I’m depressed, but I’m not sure, though. I’m not sure if I’m stressed or what. I have chronic back pain for the past 2 years, and I had to have metal rods put into my spine a year ago, except it caused me more pain. I’m on lyrica(pain med), but the thing is, is that I’m not sure if I’m depressed from the pain I’m in, or if it’s the side effects from the medication. Like, I’m always tired, I don’t sleep at night, have increased appetite, starting to fail classes, even though I had straight a’s last year, and sometimes when little things go wrong, I think about *******. All of those problems could be explained by my medication, but these issues are kinda new because it’s only been a few months, and I’ve been on the med for a year and a half. Do you think these issues are from my medication?Or am I just making excuses?

Pregnant with sharp pain in right hip?

i have had this sharp throbbing pain in my right hip all day. I am full term and i am just wondering if it could be related to labor i have felt weird all day like the time is coming but i am unsure when. This is my third son (1st at 36 weeks induced 2nd at 34 water broke). i never had this pain with my other pregnancys.

Does your child suffer from abdominal migraines?

A pediatrician has issued her medication (she is 5) but it will make her tired and gain weight. She suffers A LOT in the car with headaches, but the rest of her headaches and stomach aches are low to moderate. Is there any way to get rid of the car headaches? Tylenol doesn’t help. I just don’t want to jump into medicating my child daily when she may not be in need of it. Thanks

Can swelling on your head damage your brain?

I got punched in the head and it’s starting to swell up. its on the left side, about an inch and a half up from the front of my ear. its not on the skull, but just the temple. i can feel a good sized lump. is this something to concern myself about and go to the doctor or should I wait for the swelling to go down?

Pain Relief and Chest Pains?

Okay i just took a Pain Relief (kroger brand-off brand) and now i am having chest pains. i didnt get a drink with it but would that make a a dif.?
okay find in your throat-ish area where it goes in. then go down 2 inches and to the right 2 inches. is this normal.

why do I have shooting pains in my foot 3 weeks after ankle surgery?

I broke my fibula and ankle when I jumped one story. I have screws through both sides of my ankle and a plate with screws going up my leg. 3 weeks after surgery, I have a constant pain like my foot is waking up, or extreme tingling all over my foot (especially the bottom). pain medicine does not help. I don’t know why this is happening or if it is a sign of healing or that I need to seek a nerve specialist or something. any help would be appreciated.

acid in my chest and throat the pain moves to my right side of the chest to the middle then to the left side. I take nexium I been on it for awhile. Also I have been having anoying palpatations what causes palpatations is it because am so on edge, and worried al the time? I have anxiety disorder very bad? Can you please tell me what this could be thankyou?

constant pain in right arm from elbow to fingertips,worse in cold,feels like a heavy constant weight on my arm

forty year old male suffering constant pain and not sleeping well ,pain starts at my right elbow and goes to the fingertips,feels like electric shock /pins and needles when trying to use laptop,definetely worse in cold and painkillers dont seem to offer any relief,my fingers feel very stiff and it is a real effort to put pressure on hand when working.sometimes it feels worse when I am doing nothing with my arm and it feels like “the heaviest weight in the world” when just trying to rest sometimes.Due to the nature of my job i am slightly wary of seeking medical advice as it could affect my job.any advice

My dog ate baby back rib bones, what to do?

My dog just ate a half-rack’s worth of baby back rib bones. I set them on the counter and went to change the baby’s diaper. I came back and they were gone - only some fragments on the floor. She is a 1 year old pit-bull, springer spaniel, lab mutt.

The ribs were cooked. It was just the bones that she ate, not the meat.

I’m on TDD( temp disability) thru workmans comp. my employer just called telling me i have to pay my medical insurance thats due.
