I may have a tibia stress fracture. Would I be feeling intense of mild pain in the area?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
This is caused from running. I took a week off because my tibias were in bad shape. One little spot on my left leg will not heal after 5 days. It’s just a little sore. Would I feel a lot of pain in that spot if it were indeed a stress fracture? Thank you.

Is it normal to have painful middle back pain at 37 weeks pregnant?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
My back has been hurting ever since I woke this morning, and I have put a heating pad on it and it doesn’t seem to of made a difference. I am not dilated (well at least the doctor hasn’t told me if I am or not) but she has turned. When I was walking from my bedroom to our living room earlier, my back pain seemed to be worse then when I am laying down. Should I contact a doctor about my pain or wait it out and see if it goes away?

What is the best non-surgical way to alleviate lower back pain associated with bulging discs in the L4/L5/S1?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I have a bulging disc in my L4/L5, and L5/S1. I have had two epidurals, but none of them really worked. The pain shoots down my leg and through my hamstring and peraformis (sp?) muscle along the sciatic (sp?) nerve. I bought an inversion table, which helped a little bit, but still have back pain whenever I stand or sit. Ugh! I’m open to any suggestions that anyone might have, short of putting a bullet in my head to end my chroic pain

Sharp pain in arm and chest, what could this be?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
Last night before I fell asleep I got a really bad sharp pain in the right side of my chest, which shot down through my arm. It lasted about 8 minutes and spread throughout my chest and eventually made both my hands and right forearm numb. The numbness lasted about 30 minutes. It was a really bad pain, and I am pretty tolerant when it comes to pain.
No CommentsWhat could have caused this?
Thank you!

What is causing my left leg to ache and hurt for the past 3 days?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I am a 38 year old female. My job puts me on my feet about 60% of the time. I had a very busy day this past Tuesday and ever since then my left leg has been really bothering me. I can only describe it as this nagging “toothache” pain from the heal of my foot all the way up to the base of my rear-end. Just generally hurts all over and the skin almost seems sore to the touch. It does not look swollen and I did not hurt myself. Any ideas?

How to reduce pain form a displaced first rib?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I’ve had a displaced first rib in my back that causes extreme shoulder pain for the past 8 years and I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to reduce the pain? Vicodin doesn’t work and no pain killers do.

What do you call the surgical operation that leaves the patient with an opening on the abdomen through?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
which s/he URINATES?
2 CommentsIs it colostomy as well?
So far, I’ve only heard this term in regard to the opening which allows the patient to defecate.
But a cousin of mine who is paraplegic underwent the former operation.
While at this, and just out of curiosity, is it possible for the same person to undergo BOTH these surgeries?

Please help I have had these symptoms for about a year now?
May 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I have had like i guess you could say a weakness or lack of control which is very mild in my left arm to my hand and then to my left leg and foot and haven’t had a stroke that I know of. My right hand has more color in it than my left, and I have a racing pounding heart at times normally when I’m nervous and I have I guess you could say panic attacks which result in pain in my left calf or quad or left foot or even some pain in my left arm. I tend to stress out when I’m really tired and the symptoms seem to worsen. I also get dull aching pain in the back of my head and also I have been really pale over the year. I am anemic and also have impacted wisdom teeth if that helps at all. What do I have?

Thanks for your replies. James B & Truthyness your answers are exactly the opposite of each other. Lower tension means more power according to truthyness but lower power according to James B. Whiich is correct.
