Pain in back right side hip?

Alright, so I’m struggling with some pain in my hip, particularly when I’m laying down, I hear a crack, it just happened and it was louder than usual my mom actually heard it. When it cracks, I CANNOT sit up without exruciating pain, I always need help, I need to be pulled up and when I’m pulled up despite how painful it is, it pops again and it’s alittle better, but then it’s sore after, does anyone have ANY idea what this is? I’m pretty sure it’s not sciatica as it’s not nerve pain. It’s been going on for more than a few months. Thanks in advance.
