Pain in lower right abdomine, dizziness and lightheaded?

I have had pain in my lower right abdomen for about 3 years now. It first started with tingling, then numbness and now it feels crampy and sharp at times. It pretty much never stops, and only ever really stops when I lay stretched out on my right side. I also now have constant dizzy spells and feeling of light-headed ness. This only started in the past 3 days. I am not sure if the pain in my side is my Kidney; I am about 440 lbs and I can’t really tell. I am also 29, not sure if that matters. The dizziness and such seemed to start when I took some aspirin to stop the pain. I then felt an intense tingling in the back of my head (for about 30 seconds) and the dizziness and such started soon after. I had only taken about 6 aspirin in 30 hours. I also feel like my blood pressure is low, although I have never experienced this before. I just see, low on energy and my skin feels clammy.
Any one think they can help me? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, But I would like to have a better understanding of what it may be before I speak with him. Thanks in advance.

sounds like a hernia a good way to tell is if you have a knot in the abdomen were it hurts. I would get to the doc. a.s.a.p
