Strange pain on left hip, waist and rib. Not sure what it is?

Yesterday i woke up with a slight muscular pain on my left side.
About 9 30 am, it got bad to the point where it hurt to laugh (for me thats not to bad). I decided that it was just some muscular overwork. But as the day grew on it only got worse. I found out that i had slight swelling on my left hip and i’m pretty sure there was some bruising on my ribs. Im not to sure but thats my thoughts. It still hurts, in the morning im fine, but then as the day goes on it only gets worse.
Im not sure what it is. Does anyone know what it is?

Could be a sprain or something. However, since it’s getting worse, I suggest you see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

could be ur matress, or ur spine being weird. could have done a bad crunch, or sit up or even just sat down weird and pulled a muscle.

spine problem which may be in the lower back. Check with your dr for a more definitive diagnosis.
