The nerves on my lower eyelid has been twitching for a few days now. What causes it? How can I make it stop?

I am a long-time eyeglass wearer. Sometimes one of the nerved from my lower eyelid might twitch, but usually goes away. This time, it has lasted for more than two days. I was curious as to what caused it and if there’s anything that I can do to make it go away.
